Why swimming pools?
Two reasons, both in the public interest:
- Improving OpenStreetMap with human-validated data, open and sustainable mapping;
- Helping firefighters by providing a more accurate map of water sources, useful for emergency response.
Open technology
Our AI model runs directly in your browser: your device does the computing. The code is open, the data will be open, and the model is both exclusive and open.
How to take part
Visit the app to validate pools or lend your computing power. Every contribution makes the map a little more reliable.
